Nowadays in Malaysia most of the circumcision ceremony held during the school holidays.This is because, the time taken to recover fully from circumcision wounds rather long.It is about one to three weeks.Circumcision ceremony for boys more lively than the circumcision ceremony for girls. However, the syndrome of a council depends on a person's ability and needs and habits of the local community.According to the beliefs and customs of the Malays, if children do not khatam al-Quran, the less dignity of the child. Therefore, As far as possible, khatam al-Quran ceremony was also held.Usually the khatam al-Quran ceremony conducted before the circumcision day.Before the circumcise process the child will be bath and fit with a new cloths.In some place the child also will ride a cow,elephant and so on.After the child was bath they will be heading to Tok Mudim house to proceed the circumcision ceremony.Islam requires its followers to circumcision because it has several advantages that are not available they will not circumcision. Advantages and benefits of circumcision can be seen from two aspects, namely the aspect of health and religious aspects.

Aspects of health benefits:
1)Bring hygiene
2)Monitor health


From the religious aspect will have three advantages.
1)To distinguish between Muslims and non Muslim.
2)As a pledge to obey His commands and bow under the law and his power.
3)Circumcision is to master nature, as emblem and symbols of the Islamic sharia.
