Pahang






Pahang is the third largest state in Malaysia, after Sarawak and Sabah.It is bordered to the north by Kelantan, to the west by Perak, Selangor, Negeri Sembilan, to the south by Johor and to the east by Terengganu and the South China Sea. Its state capital is Kuantan, and the royal seat is at Pekan. Pekan, the royal town is situated 45 km south of Kuantan.Other important towns include Jerantut, Kuala Lipis, Temerloh and the hill resorts of Genting Highlands, Cameron Highlands, Bukit Tinggi and Fraser's Hill.

Pahang has cool green mountains, rain forests, hill resorts, tranquil fishing villages, long stretches of sandy beaches, mysterious caves and unspoilt lakes. Teluk Cempedak: Teluk Cempedak just located 5km from Kuantan town. It’s about 10 minutes from Kuantan.Teluk Chempedak is a favourite among local folks. On the sea front, numerous restaurants and food stalls serving a wide variety of food and beverages attract throngs of locals and tourists alike. They do a brisk trade and open right till after midnight. The nearby jungle area provides a quick introduction to Malaysia's flora and fauna, with a few different species of plant life, insects and other small animals inhabiting the limited space.


Genting Highlands:Genting highlands is about 2000m above sea level.
